iSmoke promotes an enjoyable customer experience. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for all online purchased products, with the exception of Cartridge Refills (due to the potential health risks). This guarantee is for a full refund less the cost of shipping and handling. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please call our customer service phone number and they will provide you with an RMA number. Simply insert the product into a padded envelope with the RMA slip and mail to address provided. Typically takes 1-2 weeks to process. All refunds must be processed within 30 days of order. We are not responsible for lost shipments. If any items are damaged or missing, the full retail value of the item may be deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to pay partial refunds, or to refuse a refund that does not meet our requirements. All refunds will be reimbursed to the original credit card used for purchase.
Shipping
GUARANTEED TO SHIP WITHIN 1-2 DAYS
Most items will be shipped from our warehouse the same day an order is received (Monday-Friday prior to 2:00PM PST). Orders received after 2:00PM, or those received over the weekend, or on a national holiday will be shipped the following business day. Orders are shipped via UPS and the US Postal Service and properly insured at no additional cost to customers. Ordered items that can be shipped regionally to expedite their arrival are also properly insured at no additional cost to customers.
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Most orders shipped via Standard Ground will in arrive within 3-5 business days. Orders shipped via Expedited Shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days Guaranteed.
 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Orders shipped via UPS are can be tracked by logging into your account. Customers will be noti-fied that the UPS tracking number has been posted via an Order Status Update e-mail as well.
 
SHIPPING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII:
Customers in Hawaii and Alaska are encouraged to contact us to request the actual shipping fees for any order.
 
APO/FPO SHIPPING:
We will gladly ship to APO and FPO addresses. Please contact us via email letting us know exactly what you intend to order. We can then reply with the exact cost for the USPS shipping charges.
 
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
We do not currently ship orders outside of the United States. However, international customers are encouraged to contact us with specific details of any special order request.
 
Returns
RETURN POLICY
Customers may return new, unopened, unused Starter Kits within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund. Disposables and Refills cannot be returned, due to sanitary reasons. Shipping is on the customer to send back merchandise and a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. If the product is deemed defective, or if the Customer has Proof of Purchase and an un-opened item, the restocking fee and shipping costs will be waived, and the customer will be provided a full refund. All refunds go to the original credit card.
 
Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items.
 
Instructions on how to return items:
  1. Please contact us directly to receive return instructions.
  2. Print the returns slip and the shipping label if one is provided by iSmoke.com.
  3. Include the returns slip inside the box and attach the shipping label to the box.
  4. Ship package to us using the designated shipping method provided to you in Step 1.
 
Refunds are usually processed in 5-10 days after we receive your return.
You will receive email conrmation when the refund is processed.
 
EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS POLICY:
Customer may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, except during the December holiday period. Items bought during the holiday period will have an extended return period; the holiday period starts on the 1st of November ends on the 31st of December. Items purchased during this period are eligible for a full refund if received by January 31st.

Exchanges At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange the item you purchased, simply return the product and place another order. We'll issue a refund to your original payment method used after we receive your return.
If you're ordering a different size of the same item, and the price of the item has changed since you placed your original order, we'll be happy to honor the previous price. Just let us know by contacting us directly.
